About Educating All Angles, LLC.

Educating All Angles, LLC. (EAA) specializes in non-traditional approaches to provide educational solutions. EAA has been operating since 2017 under the leadership of Dr. Malvine C. Richard. We provide coaching, consulting, and non-traditional education programs.

Our MIssion

  • Deliver alternative educational programs that help struggling students successfully earn their high school diplomas.
  • Offer professional development in Restorative Practices, Trauma-Informed Care, and Equity.
  • Provide coaching for school district staff in implementing Restorative Practices, Trauma-Informed Care, and Equity principles.
  • Support school districts in fostering positive school cultures, utilizing approaches like Restorative Practices, Trauma Sensitive Schools, and Equity.

Our Vision

Our aim is to create non-traditional educational pathways for high school students. We focus on personalized school programs, offering professional development and coaching not only to school staff but also to families and the broader community.

Our Purpose

  • Equip school administrators with restorative coaching to help them build relationships, practice restorative discipline, and resolve conflicts collaboratively.
  • Offer a non-traditional, individualized program that combines educational, social, and emotional support services, specifically designed for students who face challenges in traditional high school settings and need assistance completing their diplomas.
